At Undercover Pet Houses we understand the need to provide feral cats and outdoor pets with a cozy, safe and long-lasting home! That’s why we have created houses designed to withstand the elements and to keep them well protected through all the changing seasons for many seasons!

Our Outdoor Cat House is individually hand crafted with high quality workmanship and materials. Each house is custom-made of cedar wood which makes them attractive and very durable. Cedar is the wood of choice for long outdoor use and when treated will last many years!

Each house is insulated with a Thermal-Ply insulation that not only keeps your pet warm in winter but gives them a cool place to relax during the heat of the summer. It's perfect for the neighborhood feral that is adamant about staying outdoors, or for the indoor kitty who insists on hanging out near you while you're in the garden. 

We recommend using a sealant with a UV protectant to protect the wood from warping and cracking and this will ensure the longevity of the house for many years. 

Yes, the house can be either painted or stained.

Escape doors act as an emergency exit for cats from predators. It is typically placed on the back wall of the house opposite of the front door. It also can be placed on the left or right wall. Escape door on side wall is only available for Large and Extra Large Houses.

The round door insert is 6 inch in diameter. The round door provides a smaller entrance/exit and can also add extra protection for cats from predators. The round door insert is removable.

Vinyl door flap will help to keep out wind, rain and snow. The vinyl door flaps are removable. 

An Extended Roof will provide extra protection from snow and rain.

The heating pads are specifically made for pets to keep your cat warm and dry at all times.

We offer free shipping with the Continental USA and Canadian Provinces

Your order will be shipped out within 5 to 7 business days after ordering and a tracking number will be sent to you at that time. We use UPS and all shipments are fully insured. 

For US buyers there will be no customs or import charges added to the price. No tax for US customers.

We will accept cancellations up to 24 hours after purchase.

We will not accept returns if the item has been unpackaged.

Although we recommend checking the measurements of the house to ensure you purchase the right size, we will accept returns if the item has not been unpackaged. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and 35% fee for custom orders and must be received in original packaging in unused and undamaged condition. Custom orders are houses that are heated or include an escape door.

If your item has been damaged due to shipping, please contact us and will we replace the damaged pieces. 

If your order has a missing piece, please contact us and we will have the item shipped right away.

Our cat houses are manufactured in North America, specifically in the beautiful region of Cape Breton, Nova Scotia!
